Shift Openings:

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 36/48 hours, EOW

Position Overview:

We are seeking compassionate andexperienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for an 8-week contractat a long term care facility. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionateabout person-centered care and thrive in a collaborative, supportiveenvironment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents, including those with chronic conditions and age-related health concerns.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with individual care plans and facility protocols.
• Monitor residents’ health status, report changes promptly, and assist in implementing appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, including RNs, physicians, therapists, and CNAs, to ensure comprehensive resident care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided, observations, and resident progress.

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in the state of North Carolina (or compact state)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care settings
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a structured, team-based environment
• CPR/BLS certification (required)
