Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – California Community Schools Program

Position Overview:
The California Community Schools Program is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide comprehensive mental health services to students and families. This role is integral to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment that promotes student well-being and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary provider of mental health services at assigned school sites.
- Conduct assessments, provide diagnoses (if qualified), and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver direct services including individual, group, and family counseling.
- Participate in school and district crisis response teams.
- Collaborate with families, school staff, and community agencies to coordinate care.
- Support systems for identifying students in need of mental health interventions.
- Monitor at-risk students and ensure follow-through on referrals.
- Provide Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and mindfulness training.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with program and billing standards.
- Advocate for students in IEP meetings and other educational planning sessions.
- Offer parenting support and connect families to community resources.
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions.
