Amergis Educational Staffing is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2025-2026 school year!



Location: Fayetteville, NC

Contract Duration: 2025–2026 School Year

Start Date: August 25, 2025 

Employment Type: Full Time



About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Educational Services (BCBA) to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year. This role is essential in supporting students with academic and behavioral challenges by providing expert consultation, conducting behavioral evaluations, and developing and implementing effective behavior intervention plans.
As a clinical educator, the BCBA will observe, assess, and supervise behavioral service delivery in the school setting, ensuring high-quality support for students and staff.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide consultation and training to school staff and families
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Ensure compliance with all professional and ethical standards

Minimum Requirements
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Teaching, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of pediatric experience 
  • Experience in school-based behavior analytic services (preferred)
