LPN (Acute Rehab) - Winston-Salem, NC

$36 – $38 / hour

Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a LPN (AcuteRehab) that would be interested in a 13 Week, Full-Time Contract ata Post Acute Hospital in Winston-Salem, NC. Additional details of thecontract are below:

Position:  LPN – Acute Rehab

Location:  Winston-Salem, NC

Pay Rate (Local): $36 – $38Per Hour (Based on experience)                                                                                                                                       

Total Travel Package: $1,606.00/week

*Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travelpackage*

• Taxable Wages = $360.00/week
• Weekly Housing Allowance = $770.00/week
• Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $476.00/week

Schedule:

• Night Shift, 36 hours per week
• 6:45pm – 7:15am
• Every other weekend requirement

Duration:

• 13 Weeks (Likely Extension)

Requirements:

• LPN in North Carolina or Compact state, BLS
• Previous Med Surg, LTAC or Acute Rehab experience required
• Kind, Passionate and flexible team player
• Customer service oriented, passionate to help others
• Strong communication and documentation skills
