LPN Home Health - Staffing

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LPN/LVN (Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse) – Home Health provides skilled one-on-one nursing care to patients in their home and accompanies them when indicated to appointments, etc.

40 hours

–        36 hour option

26 weeks only!

Days and Nights available

TN LPN License Required!

Local rate available for Nurses under a 50 mile radius

1–2-day orientation before start date

2-part screening and interview process

*Will need to be at least 50 miles away to be considered for Travel

*Only looking for committed staff!

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice
• One year prior professional nursing experience, home care experience preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice 
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
