Amergis is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Instructional Aide / Behavioral Classroom Aide to support students in a school setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with teachers, therapists, and school staff to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

?? Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with behavioral or learning challenges.
Assist the classroom teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
Support students in developing positive behaviors and social skills.
Monitor and document student progress and behavior.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

?? Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (some districts may require additional education or certifications).
Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to student success.
Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
