Cat Scan Technologist (CT Tech) – Weekend Shift

Job Description:

Are you a skilled Cat Scan Technologist looking for a high-payingweekend opportunity? We’re hiring for a 13-week contract with a $3,668weekly pay package, including:

  • $1,680/week Taxable Income
  • $1,988/week Stipends (Housing & Meals/Incidentals)

This is a weekend position with the following schedule:

  • Friday: 12:00 PM – 12:30 AM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Required Qualifications:

  • ARRT, CRT, and BLS – Required
  • Venipuncture Certification – Required
  • Minimum 2 years of recent CT experience – Required

The CAT/CT Scan Technologist produces computerizedtomographic scanner radiographs of specific areas as ordered by aphysician.  These cross-sectional imagesprovide detailed information about soft tissues, blood vessels, and bones,which are essential for accurate diagnostics. The CAT/CT Scan Technologist obtains patient history, explains standardprocedures, and addresses patient concerns. The CAT/CT Technologist alsoperforms a variety of specialized tasks involved in the performance of CTscans.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year of experience as a CAT/CT Technologistpreferred.
  • Appropriate valid state licensure in diagnostic imaging
  • A.R.R.T. (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)Certification, if required by state regulations or contract specifications
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
