 10 weeks with opportunity to extend

Shift Time

Day Shift (7a-7p, 3x12hr shifts) or Night Shift (7p-7a, 3x12hr shifts) – 36 hours weekly

 

Weekend Requirement

 Every other weekend

Pay Rate

*LOCAL CANIDATES ONLY – Must live within 50 miles of the facility*

 

Hourly: $36/hr; OT: $54/hr

 

Requirements (Must Have)
    • 1 + years of LTC, Skilled Nursing, or Substance Use experience
    • Med Pass experience
    • Point Click Care experience
