Amergis is actively hiring School Aides in Santa Barbara,CA for 2025/2026 school year!
Position Details:
- Pay: $20/hour
- Start Date: Upon completion of onboarding
- Hours Per Week: 30-32.5 hours
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Length: 2025/2026 School Year
- Requirements: Prior experience working with children or as a caregiver is required. Must be comfortable with toileting and changing.
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson preparation
- Support students with their daily activities and learning tasks
- Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of students
- Provide one-on-one or small group assistance as needed
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create an inclusive learning environment
