$45/hr: Day Shift- 5am-5pm (3 days/week)
Must have Clinic & Hemodialysis Experience
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse – Clinic Site works in a remote clinic location to serve a specific population’s nursing needs. The nurse demonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner with supervision. The nurse demonstrates critical thinking and performance ability in the coordination of patient care. Consistently performs according to nursing standards and is accountable in providing safe, quality patient care.
Minimum Requirements:
Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse License
One year experience as an LPN/LVN preferred
One year experience in a clinic setting preferred
Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
Current CPR if applicable
TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age

Medina Memorial is looking for an LPN that has outpatient hemodialysis experience for a 13 week contract! Full details and definition of Hemodialysis below:
Full time, 5a to 5p, three days per week
Bill Rate of 70/hour so start at $45 per hour pay rate for local

It essentially acts as an artificial kidney, mimicking the kidney’s function of filtering waste from the blood. This process is crucial for individuals with kidney failure or end-stage renal disease. Dialysis is a general term for a treatment that removes waste and excess fluid from the blood when the kidneys aren’t working properly. Hemodialysis is a specific type of dialysis that uses a machine with a filter (dialyzer) to clean the blood
