?? What You’ll Do

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll be the heartbeat of our mission, working directly with individuals to:

Deliver personalized strategies that foster growth, independence, and confidence
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators and therapists to achieve meaningful outcomes
Track progress and offer valuable insights to refine support plans and celebrate successes

? What You Bring

High School Diploma or GED (required)
At least 2 years of experience working with children or in a pediatric setting (preferred)
Current CPR certification (if applicable)
Completion of TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray)
Meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be 18 years or older
