?? What You’ll Do

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll be the heartbeat of our mission, working directly with individuals to:

• Deliver personalized strategies that foster growth, independence, and confidence

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators and therapists to achieve meaningful outcomes

• Track progress and offer valuable insights to refine support plans and celebrate successes

? What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED (required)

• At least 2 years of experience working with children or in a pediatric setting (preferred)

• Current CPR certification (if applicable)

• Completion of TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray)

• Meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
