Job Title: Behavior Technician
Location: Covina, Glendora, Claremont and surrounding areas!
Pay: $21-25/hr DOE
Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to support children and adults with special needs. In this role, you will implement educational and behavioral programs, working closely with school staff and behavioral specialists to help clients achieve their learning and developmental goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to individuals with special needs in educational and behavioral settings
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other qualified professionals
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and family members to ensure consistency and progress
- Collect and record data on client behavior and program outcomes
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- At least 2 years of experience working with pediatric populations (preferred)
- Current CPR certification (if applicable)
- Completion of TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, as applicable)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles is a plus
