RN HH Case Manager

Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a Home Hospice RN that would be interested in an 13 Week, full-time contract opportunity at a hospital in Libertyville, IL. Additional details of the contract are below:

Position: RN Home-Hospice Case Manager

Location: Libertyvile, IL

Pay Rate (Local): $60-$65/hr (depends on experience) 

Total Travel Package: $2,958/week 

*Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package*

• Taxable Wages = $900.00/week
• Weekly Housing Allowance = $1,414.00/week
• Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $644.00/week

  Estimated Weekly Take Home after taxes= $2,733/week

Schedule:

• 40 hrs/week 
• Monday – Friday 
• 8 AM – 5 PM 
• no on call/ no weekends 

Duration:

• 13 Weeks (likely extension) 

Requirements:

• 2+ year of experience in case management 
• Active Illinois Registered Nurse licensure required prior to start date.
• BLS
• ASAP Start
