LCSW – Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Pueblo, CO – Immediate Interviews

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker collaborates with themulti-disciplinary team to provide input in the development of the plan of carefor those patients/clients requiring social work intervention.  The Licensed Clinical Social Worker providescounseling and crisis intervention to patients/clients who have social oremotional problems in a variety of settings across the age span.

This is a Criminal Psychiatric hospital. All staff will have to perform holds and physically retrain patients if needed.

 

Assignment Details:

  • Estimated Start Dates: 8/18
  • Duration: 24 weeks
  • Hours: 40 (excluding select Govt Holidays when the hospital is closed)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday
  • Facility details: Forensic Court Ordered Patients: Acute, Geriatric, Adolescent

Travel LCSW Compensation:

  • Hourly Pay: $34.75/hr, $52.12/hr (OT)
  • Stipends: $1,162/week
  • Weekly Total for 40 Hours: $2,552

Travel LCSW NEO/MANDT Orientation Compensation:

(NEO/MANDT Orientation weeks are estimated to be at 40 hours for 2 weeks; pay will be adjusted accordingly.)

  • Hourly Pay: $24/hr, $36/hr (OT)
  • Stipends: $1,162/week
  • Weekly Total for 40s: $2,122/wk*

Candidate Requirements:

  • LCSW License, if not licensed in Colorado you must be willing to apply
  • Master’s in Social Work
  • Minimum 2 years of Psychiatric, Corrections or Behavioral Health experience
  • American Heart Association BLS must be active through whole assignment (Red Cross/National not accepted)
  • Requested Time Off:
    • No RTO during holidays/surrounding holiday dates.
    • No RTO within the first 45 days due to training
    • Max of 5 days of RTO

 

Additional Notes: This position exists to provide therapeutic interventions including psychosocial therapies, individual, family and group treatment to severely emotionally disturbed/cognitively impaired patients and their families. This position does assessments and disposition planning, interagency communication with residential care facilities, social services, community mental centers, etc., to ensure continued appropriate level services following discharge. Individualizes psychosocial therapy approaches to meet the specific needs of the patient population.
