1.1 School Based Behavioral Aide’s Needed! Great Pay!!

Seeking Experienced Behavioral Aide’s to come work with a really amazing school district in the Charlotte, NC area. These are full time, W2 positions that will start on August 25th and go through June 12th of 2026. Job Duties:

1:1 with EC/SPED students with extreme/severe behaviors

Monitor behaviors to help limit/prevent outbursts

Assist student with school assignments to aide in their academic growth/development

Bus monitoring may be required on as needed basis 


Requirements:

Must have experience working in a 1:1 behavioral setting (ABA, behavioral/psych, school, etc.)

Must have experience with extreme/severe/violent behavioral cases

Physical/Verbal aggression and violence, elopement

Must be comfortable with ABA strategies

Previous experience in a school setting preferred
