Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Adolescent Residential Mental Health Facility
Location: Yanceyville, NC
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: August 11 or August 18, 2025
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay:

• Local: $45/hour
• Travel (50+ miles): $2,046/week

Position Overview:
Amergis Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support adolescent boys in a residential mental health facility. This is a short-term but impactful opportunity to work with a vulnerable population in a structured, therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy to adolescent males
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers
• Facilitate family involvement and provide crisis intervention as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active LCSW license in North Carolina
• At least 1 year of experience working with adolescents in a behavioral health setting
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
