Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School Site Supervisor
Location: Various School Sites – San Diego, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract
Reports To: Staffing Agency Clinical Supervisor

Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA to join our team as a floating supervisor across multiple school sites. This role involves overseeing and supporting our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing behavior intervention plans, ensuring fidelity of services, and maintaining compliance with ethical and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site supervision and clinical support to RBTs across assigned school locations.
  • Conduct observations, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions with RBTs.
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, and agency leadership to ensure effective implementation of behavior support plans.
  • Review and update behavior intervention plans and data collection systems.
  • Ensure compliance with BACB standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience supervising RBTs in school or clinical settings.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel between school sites as needed.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in diverse school environments.
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based behavioral supports.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
