Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – KIPP SoCal Public Schools (South LA)

Location: South Los Angeles, CA

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday during school hours

Start Date: August 2025 (2025–2026 School Year)

Pay: $30–$35/hour (based on experience)

KIPP SoCal Public Schools is hiring compassionate and reliable Licensed Vocational Nurses to support students across our South LA campuses for the upcoming school year. If you’re passionate about student wellness and want to be part of a mission-driven team, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Provide direct care and health support to students with chronic conditions or medical needs
Administer medications and monitor health plans as directed by physicians and school nurses
Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed
Support students with mobility, toileting, and other daily health-related needs
Maintain accurate health records and communicate with families and staff
Travel between campuses as needed to support student care

What You’ll Need:

Active California LVN license
Experience working with children or in school settings preferred
CPR/First Aid certification
Strong communication skills and a student-first mindset
Flexibility and reliability—this role is essential to daily school operations
