Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – KIPP SoCal Public Schools (South LA) 

Location: South Los Angeles, CA 

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday during school hours 

Start Date: August 2025 (2025–2026 School Year) 

Pay: $30–$35/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct care and health support to students with chronic conditions or medical needs

• Administer medications and monitor health plans as directed by physicians and school nurses

• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed

• Support students with mobility, toileting, and other daily health-related needs

• Maintain accurate health records and communicate with families and staff

• Travel between campuses as needed to support student care

What You’ll Need:

• Active California LVN license

• Experience working with children or in school settings preferred

• CPR/First Aid certification

• Strong communication skills and a student-first mindset

• Flexibility and reliability—this role is essential to daily school operations
