Join a passionate team making a real difference in the lives of children with special needs. We’re looking for a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to work in a school-based setting, supporting students’ educational and behavioral growth while collaborating with a team of professionals!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide hands-on behavioral and educational support to children and adults with special needs
- Work side by side with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists to help students meet personalized learning and behavioral goals
- Create a positive and encouraging environment that fosters progress and personal development
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
