About the Role:
Are you passionate about helping children succeed? Join our dedicated team as a Behavior Technician, where you’ll support students with special needs in achieving their educational and behavioral goals. You’ll work closely with educators, therapists, and families to create a positive, inclusive learning environment that empowers every student to thrive.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students in school settings
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other specialists
- Track and report student progress using data collection tools
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
- Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
- High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- At least 18 years of age
- Two (2) years of pediatric or school-based experience (preferred)
- Current CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray clearance (if applicable)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
