Behavior Technician - School Based - No Weekends!

About the Role:

Are you passionate about helping children succeed? Join our dedicated team as a Behavior Technician, where you’ll support students with special needs in achieving their educational and behavioral goals. You’ll work closely with educators, therapists, and families to create a positive, inclusive learning environment that empowers every student to thrive.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students in school settings
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other specialists
• Track and report student progress using data collection tools
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
• Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

• High School diploma or equivalent (required)
• At least 18 years of age
• Two (2) years of pediatric or school-based experience (preferred)
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray clearance (if applicable)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
