?? Starting Pay: From $2060/week (based on experience)

Are you passionate about communication and making a meaningful difference in students’ lives? We’re seeking a caring and collaborative Elementary Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our student-centered team and support young learners in reaching their full potential!

?? What You’ll Do:

• Provide individual and group speech-language therapy to elementary students with a variety of communication needs.
• Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with families and school teams.
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success in and out of the classroom.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive school culture.

?? What You’ll Need:

• A valid Wisconsin DPI license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
