?? Contract: 39 weeks | 37.5 hours/week
?? Starting Pay: From $1,300/week (based on experience and licensure)

Are you passionate about literature, writing, and helping students find their voice? We’re looking for a dynamic and dedicated 6th Grade English Language Arts Teacher to join our supportive and forward-thinking school community!

? What You’ll Do:

• Deliver engaging, standards-aligned ELA instruction tailored to meet diverse student needs.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and literacy-rich classroom environment.
• Use a variety of instructional strategies and educational technologies to enhance reading and writing skills.
• Assess and monitor student progress to inform instruction and support growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues, families, and support staff to ensure student success.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to school-wide initiatives.

?? What You’ll Need:

• A valid Wisconsin DPI teaching license in the appropriate subject area.
• A Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A deep commitment to equity and culturally responsive teaching practices.
