?? Start Date: August 2025
?? Schedule: 30-35 hr/week | Monday–Friday | School Hours

?? What You’ll Do:

Provide 1:1 and small group behavioral support to students in classroom settings
Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and specialists to implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Use positive reinforcement and trauma-informed strategies to guide student behavior
Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and academic tasks
Track student progress and contribute to team meetings
Be a calm, consistent, and encouraging presence every day

? What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children or youth (school, camp, childcare, etc.)
Patience, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility
Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet
High school diploma or equivalent (AA or BA in education, psychology, or related field a plus)
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!
