?? What You’ll Do:
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students with disabilities in specialized programs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement IEPs.
- Create a trauma-responsive, culturally affirming classroom environment.
- Use data-driven strategies to support student growth and behavior.
- Partner with families, caregivers, and community providers to ensure holistic support.
? What You’ll Need:
- A valid Minnesota teaching license in Special Education (ABS, EBD, ASD, DCD, or similar).
- Tier 3 or Tier 4 (Preferred)
- Open to OFPs or Tier 2 if enrolled in a program or willing to enroll in a teacher prep program
- Experience working with students with emotional/behavioral needs is highly valued.
- A commitment to equity, inclusion, and restorative practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
