?? What You’ll Do:

  • Provide individualized instruction and support to students with disabilities in specialized programs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement IEPs.
  • Create a trauma-responsive, culturally affirming classroom environment.
  • Use data-driven strategies to support student growth and behavior.
  • Partner with families, caregivers, and community providers to ensure holistic support.

? What You’ll Need:

  • A valid Minnesota teaching license in Special Education (ABS, EBD, ASD, DCD, or similar). 
    • Tier 3 or Tier 4 (Preferred)
    • Open to OFPs or Tier 2 if enrolled in a program or willing to enroll in a teacher prep program
  • Experience working with students with emotional/behavioral needs is highly valued.
  • A commitment to equity, inclusion, and restorative practices.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
