Are you passionate about helping individuals with special needs reach their full potential? We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll work closely with children and adults, supporting their educational and behavioral development in collaboration with educators and behavioral specialists.
?? What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct support to individuals with special needs in educational and behavioral settings
- Implement personalized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of licensed professionals
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to achieve meaningful learning and behavioral goals
- Track progress and contribute to ongoing assessments and treatment adjustments
- Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for every individual you serve
What You’ll Need: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Two (2) years of pediatric experience (preferred)
- Current CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray, if applicable)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Location: Multiple School Districts in San Jose
Pay: Weekly Pay between $20-$23 per hour
