Position: 1:1 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Fall River, MA
Start Date: August 2025
Duration: Full 2025–2026 School Year
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (includes transport)
Pay Rate: Up to $45/hour (based on experience)

Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated 1:1 LPN to support a 14-year-old male student with Cerebral Palsy. The student is non-verbal, uses a wheelchair, and requires G-tube feeding and oral suctioning for respiratory support. The nurse will accompany the student during transport and provide full-day support in the school setting.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 nursing care throughout the school day and during transport
Administer G-tube feedings and perform oral suctioning as needed
Monitor and support respiratory and physical needs
Assist with mobility and classroom participation
Collaborate with school staff and family to ensure consistent care

Preferred Experience

Pediatric nursing experience
Comfort and proficiency with G-tube care and respiratory support

Required Credentials

Active LPN license (Massachusetts)
CPR certification
Experience with medically complex students preferred
