Now Hiring: 1:1 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Fall River, MA
25/26 School Year

Position: 1:1 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Fall River, MA
Start Date: August 2025
Duration: Full 2025–2026 School Year
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (includes transport)
Pay Rate: Up to $45/hour (based on experience)

Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated 1:1 LPN to support a 14-year-old male student with Cerebral Palsy. The student is non-verbal, uses a wheelchair, and requires G-tube feeding and oral suctioning for respiratory support. The nurse will accompany the student during transport and provide full-day support in the school setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 nursing care throughout the school day and during transport
  • Administer G-tube feedings and perform oral suctioning as needed
  • Monitor and support respiratory and physical needs
  • Assist with mobility and classroom participation
  • Collaborate with school staff and family to ensure consistent care

Preferred Experience

  • Pediatric nursing experience
  • Comfort and proficiency with G-tube care and respiratory support

Required Credentials

  • Active LPN license (Massachusetts)
  • CPR certification
  • Experience with medically complex students preferred

District Requirements

  • School CORI
  • Fingerprinting
