 ?? Pay: $40–$42/hr based on experience 

 ?? Schedule: PRN / Part-Time – Flexible shifts available (AM, PM, NOC)

• Active LPN license in Wisconsin

• Current health certificate, PPD/chest X-ray

• Valid BLS card

• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred (LTC experience strongly valued)

• Familiarity with memory care is a plus

• Must meet federal, state & local screening requirements
