Uncertified Teacher

Amergis Staffing is seeking a Uncertified Teacher who implements the daily instructional plans of the classroom teacher in an effective manner.  The Uncertified Teacher maintains a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth and establishes effective rapport with pupils while maintaining proper classroom management. The Substitute Teacher works effectively and in collaboration with the building administrator and other teachers. 

District is open to interviewing candidates that are not currently certified pending they meet the minimum requirements posted in the position description. 

Minimum Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required (with 3.0 GPA proven on transcript)
• Teacher license/certification is not required but candidate MUST be willing to go through Alternative Certification Program
• One year of experience required
• Willingness and ability to accept direct responsibility for safety, wellbeing, or work output of other people 
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
