What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 and group behavioral support to students
- Implement evidence-based ABA strategies
- Assist in crisis intervention and promote positive behaviors
- Track student progress through accurate data collection
- Help students develop independence and life skills
- Partner with teachers and specialists to create a nurturing environment
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma (required)
- Experience in behavior intervention (preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
- Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive setting
