Uncertified Teacher

The Uncertified Teacher implements the daily instructionalplans of the classroom teacher in an effective manner.  The Uncertified Teacher maintains a classenvironment favorable to learning and personal growth and establishes effectiverapport with pupils while maintaining proper classroom management. TheSubstitute Teacher works effectively and in collaboration with the buildingadministrator and other teachers. 

Minimum Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required (with 3.0 GPA proven on transcript)
• Teacher license/certification is not required but candidate MUST be willing to go through Alternative Certification Program
• One year of experience required
• Willingness and ability to accept direct responsibility forsafety, wellbeing, or work output of other people 
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation) 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
