Pay Rate: $21+ hour – depending on experience and college credits
Schedule: 32.5 hours per week

?? What You’ll Do:
As a School Aide, you’ll work closely with students who need extra support—academically, behaviorally, or physically. Under the guidance of our special education team and classroom teachers, you’ll:
- Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students
- Support classroom instruction and behavior management
- Assist with mobility, therapeutic care, and personal needs as directed by healthcare professionals
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
? What You Need:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)
- Current health certificate (as required by state or contract)
- Ability to meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- A caring attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help students thrive
