Pay Rate: $21+ hour – depending on experience and college credits
Schedule: 32.5 hours per week

?? What You’ll Do:

As a School Aide, you’ll work closely with students who need extra support—academically, behaviorally, or physically. Under the guidance of our special education team and classroom teachers, you’ll:

• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students
• Support classroom instruction and behavior management
• Assist with mobility, therapeutic care, and personal needs as directed by healthcare professionals
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment

? What You Need:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)
• Current health certificate (as required by state or contract)
• Ability to meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• A caring attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help students thrive
