Behavior Technician – Experienced Required
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Behavior Technician to join our team in delivering high-quality behavioral and educational services to individuals with special needs. This role involves direct client support and close collaboration with school professionals and behavioral specialists to implement evidence-based interventions and achieve meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct behavioral support to children and/or adults with special needs

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with accuracy and consistency

Collaborate with educators, therapists, and other team members to ensure coordinated care

Collect, document, and report behavioral data to support treatment planning and progress monitoring
Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Hands-on experience as a Behavior Technician (required)

Current CPR certification (if applicable)

TB screening: questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

Must meet all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
