About the Role

Amergis Staffing is hiring a Special Education Teacher to support students at the K–12 level in Ramona, CA. This full-time, school-based position offers a collaborative environment, competitive pay based on experience, and a generous signing bonus.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
Provide direct instruction and academic support in a resource or SDC setting
Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and service providers
Monitor student progress and maintain compliance documentation

Minimum Requirements

Valid California Education Specialist Credential – Mild/Moderate
Added Authorization in Autism (preferred)
EL Authorization (CLAD or equivalent)
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
At least one year of classroom experience preferred
Must meet all state and district employment requirements
