About the Role

Amergis Staffing is hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in K–12 school settings in Ramona, CA. This full-time, school-based position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop essential communication skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy to address speech, language, and social communication needs
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Educate staff and families on strategies to support communication goals

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid California SLP license
ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred
School-based experience preferred
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
