Are you passionate about supporting students in a meaningful way? We’re looking for dedicated individuals to become School Aides, providing instructional and behavioral support under the guidance of our special education team.

????? What You’ll Do:

Support students in academic areas like math, reading, and speech
Assist with independent living skills and behavioral strategies
Help deliver engaging, teacher-directed learning activities
Facilitate student participation in recess, lunch, and community outings
Provide personal care assistance and therapeutic support
Collaborate with teachers and service professionals (PT, OT, SLP, BCBA)

?? Requirements:

High school diploma + 48 college credits or equivalent test
Eligible for Wisconsin Special Education Program Aide Certification #883
Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds
Strong communication and basic tech skills
Physically fit to support active classroom needs
