Are you passionate about supporting students in a meaningful way? We’re looking for dedicated individuals to become School Aides, providing instructional and behavioral support under the guidance of our special education team.

????? What You’ll Do:

• Support students in academic areas like math, reading, and speech

• Assist with independent living skills and behavioral strategies

• Help deliver engaging, teacher-directed learning activities

• Facilitate student participation in recess, lunch, and community outings

• Provide personal care assistance and therapeutic support

• Collaborate with teachers and service professionals (PT, OT, SLP, BCBA)

?? Requirements:

• High school diploma + 48 college credits or equivalent test

• Eligible for Wisconsin Special Education Program Aide Certification #883

• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds

• Strong communication and basic tech skills

• Physically fit to support active classroom needs
