Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

About the Role

Amergis Staffing is hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in K–12 school settings in Chula Vista, CA. This full-time, school-based position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop essential communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders

  • Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with school teams

  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services

  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings

  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Valid California SLP license

  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred

  • School-based or pediatric experience a plus
