Position Overview:

Ferry County Memorial Hospital is seeking experienced and dedicated Emergency Department Registered Nurses to join our team in a rural critical access setting. The ER RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced emergency environment. This role requires strong clinical skills, adaptability, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process in emergency and critical care settings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond to emergency situations
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or Compact License
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room experience (required)
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• TNCC certification preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
• TB screening and immunization records (MMR) as applicable

Contract Details:

• Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 3×12 hour night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
• Hours/Week: 36 hours
• Openings: 2

Compensation Package:

• Hourly Travel Rate: $33
• Weekly Taxable Wages: $1,188
• Weekly Allowances (Meals & Housing): $1,246
• Total Weekly Gross Pay: $2,424

Additional Information:

• Rural Setting: Republic, WA is a remote location with limited housing availability.
• On-Site Sleep Rooms: Available for $15 per 12-hour block. Includes access to shared kitchen, bathroom, and living areas. Ideal for candidates commuting from 50–150 miles away.
