Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Medford School District, Oregon Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) Contract: 10 Months Start Date: 2025–2026 School Year Compensation: $70/hour
Position Summary: The Medford School District is seeking two skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists one to serve students in elementary and another for middle/high school levels. This full-time role supports students in developing essential communication skills that enhance academic performance, social interaction, and long-term success. The SLP will conduct evaluations, deliver individualized therapy, and collaborate with educators and families to ensure student progress.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations for students in grades K–12

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings

Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support communication goals

Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation

Support transition planning and functional communication for older students
Minimum Qualifications:

Active Oregon SLP license
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; may be required by district

Current CPR certification, if applicable

TB screening and Health Certificate per state/district guidelines
