Amergis Healthcare Staffing is proud to partner with a well-regarded facility in Clarksburg, MA, currently seeking part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team on a contractual basis. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment while gaining valuable experience.

Position Overview

As an LPN in the Day Habilitation/Group Home program, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities by providing essential medical care, maintaining accurate records, and advocating for their health and well-being.

Schedule Options

We have two openings with rotating bi-weekly schedules:

Opening 1 (Evening Shift | 3 PM – 11 PM):

Week 1: Sunday, Thursday
Week 2: Monday, Friday, Saturday

Opening 2 (Overnight Shift | 11 PM – 7 AM):

Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Week 2: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday

Start Date: Approximately two weeks from offer acceptance.

Pay Rate: $47/hr

Key Responsibilities

Deliver medical care and support to individuals in a Day Hab setting
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with healthcare providers
Advocate for the medical needs of individuals served
Collaborate with the House Manager and care team

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Massachusetts
Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals preferred
Ability to pass all required background checks
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
