Location: School settings across [Insert Region]
Pay: $20–$25/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Weekly pay periods | Full-time & part-time opportunities

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? Amergis Healthcare is looking for compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians and Classroom Aides to support students in school environments. Whether working one-on-one or in small groups, you’ll play a vital role in helping students achieve their behavioral and academic goals.

?? What You’ll Do:

Support students in the classroom, playground, and other school environments
Implement behavior management strategies under the guidance of BCBAs and teachers
Assist with academic instruction and therapy plans (SLP, OT, PT)
Track progress and document sessions accurately
Help students build independence in daily living skills
Be a positive, consistent presence in a child’s school day

?? What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience working with children (2+ years preferred)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
CPR certification and health screenings (as required)
Must be at least 18 years old and meet all local/state requirements
