Position Summary
The Mental Health Therapist is a key member of a multidisciplinary program that delivers trauma-informed mental health services to individuals experiencing homelessness and severe mental illness. The therapist also offers clinical consultation to the team and integrates team observations into individualized care strategies. Responsibilities may include after-hours support, transportation, and assistance with daily living and medical needs.
