We are seeking an experienced RN Care Coordination Manager for a travel assignment in Palo Alto, California, with the potential to transition into a permanent leadership role. Position Highlights:

- Contract Length: 13 weeks, with potential extensions and temp-to-perm conversion
- Unit: Inpatient Case Management
- Schedule: 5x8s (40 hours/week)
- Shift: Day shift
- EMR: EPIC
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team including case managers, social workers, and care liaisons. You’ll be responsible for supervising daily operations, supporting care coordination strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with hospital leadership to improve patient outcomes and resource utilization. This position also includes administrative duties such as hiring, staff development, budgeting, and policy implementation.
Required Qualifications:
- Active CA RN License
- Minimum 5 years of case management/utilization review experience
- ACLS and BLS – American Heart Association
- EPIC experience
- Previous travel RN experience
- BSN or higher preferred
- Must be open to temp-to-perm transition
