About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled School Social Worker to join our student support team. In this vital role, you will work collaboratively with educators, families, and community partners to help students overcome social, emotional, and behavioral challenges that impact their academic success and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral issues.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop intervention strategies.
• Conduct assessments and create support plans for students in need.
• Serve as a liaison between school, home, and community resources.
• Advocate for students’ rights and access to services.
• Support crisis intervention and conflict resolution efforts.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Social Worker.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual (preferred but not required).
